Envelope feeder for Meteor DP60 and Meteor DP40
The EnvelopExpress® is an optional envelop feeder designed for the MGI digital presses. It is available for the Meteor DP40 & DP60 Pro models.
EnvelopExpress is an ideal solution for short and medium run jobs, allowing customers to easily integrate four-color process and fully personalized envelope (with variable data) printing capability into their digital portfolio. This feeder allows for continuous delivery, maximizing output volume without interruption of the production cycle.
It accommodates a wide range of envelop formats - with or without window - including C6, C5, C6/C5, DL & C4. For non standard envelop sizes, the supported lengths are ranging from 200 mm (7.8") up to 300 mm (11.8").

In addition, the EnvelopExpress® is designed to ensure a fast transition between paper and plastic substrates, allowing the user to remove the feeder and returning to cut sheet mode within minutes. The feeder is designed to complement the high volume capacity of the Meteor DP40/DP60 Pro, which can handle several thousands A4/Letter sheets per hour.
The EnvelopExpress® has a capacity of approximately 1,000* envelopes at once; however, "on-the-fly" reloading is possible without interrupting the printing production.
