Collating Accessories

The Standard Horizon CCR Criss-Cross Stacker swings 90 degrees after each cycle, providing clearly separated sets to simplify handling of materials. It can also be added to the SPF-11 Stitcher/Folder or the SP-10 Multiple Head Stitcher for stacking corner- and side-stitched sets.

The Standard Horizon PJ-77 and PJ-77R are vibrating and descending joggers for attachment to the front of the full line of Horizon collators or rear of the SpeedVAC 100 Collator. Driven by a separate motor, the PJ-77/77R jog collated sheets into perfect alignment and lower automatically in step with the system’s collating speed.

The Standard Horizon ST-20 and ST-20R Offset Receding Stackers offer precise, clean offset or straight stacking. The ST-20R performs offset stacking from the rear of a VAC Series Collator. The ST-20 has a 13" stack height and a 20-second return time after unloading. An automatic start feature begins system collation immediately after the dolly is raised to the home position.

The Standard Horizon ST-40 In-line Stacker is placed between the SpeedVAC 100 Collator and the SPF-20/200A saddlestitching accessories.

The Standard Horizon ST-60 Dual-Pile Offset Stacker automatically diverts collated sets to a second stacker when one stacker is full, allowing continuous production and easy unloading. The ST-60 takes full advantage of the collating productivity of the SpeedVAC, with the ability to offset stack up to 8,000 sets per hour.
